USA (Washington, DC) Telephonic Interpretation Services

Government Authority located in Washington, DC; USA looking for expert vendor for Telephonic Interpretation Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Telephonic Interpretation Services for call agents to support caller data entry services for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide interpreters for following four (4) languages, which are: Spanish, Haitian Creole, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
(3) Vendor should provide service on an as-needed basis 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
(4) Vendor should provide sufficient lines and maintain adequate telecommunications systems capable of meeting the proposed call volumes.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite or Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their or our office location.
