[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Offsite Records Storage and Management Services for government authority.
(2) These records are paper documents, tapes, microfilm reels etc.
(3) Vendor should pick up and deliver all media on time.
(4) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
