USA (Kansas) On Call Mailing Services

Government Authority located in Kansas; USA looking for expert vendor for On Call Mailing Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide On Call Mailing Services for Government Authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for two additional one year periods.
(3) Vendor needs to Picking up statements, inserts, and envelopes within six (6) business hours of notification from one of the locations.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
