[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Printing and Mailing Services for bills for Government Authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for 29 months from February 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014.
(3) An optional Pre-Proposal Conference Call will be conducted on November 22, 2011.
(4) Volume for these services:
- 936,000 Renewal Notices
- 60,000 Warning Notices
- 84,000 Renewal Notices
- 2,100 Renewal Notices
- 10,800 Pending Notices
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Deadline to Submit Proposals: December 12, 2011
