Government Authority located in Missouri; USA looking for expert vendor for Contact Centre Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide live contact centre and fulfilment services for Government Authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
(3) A pre proposal conference will be held on April 04, 2012.
(4) Vendor should provide services such as accepting phone calls, collecting and entering information, and data entry of requests as necessary.
(5) Vendor must provide up to 25 toll free telephone numbers, as needed and requested by authority.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
