Government Authority located in Arizona; USA looking for expert vendor for After Hours Telephone Answering Service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide answering service to answer and dispatch after hours emergency calls on two separate telephone lines. These calls include such situations as traffic signal outages/malfunctions at intersections, missing signage, and debris blocking roadways and/or sidewalks, flooding, and potholes.
(2) Services are needed from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
(3) During July through December 2012, the average minutes logged per month was approximately 9,700. The volume of calls fluctuates with regards to the weather, with an increase during inclement weather.
(4) Pre-proposal Conference : Tuesday, April 3, 2012
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
