Government Authority located in Washington; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Scanning Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Records Storage Services for paper documents and electronic media for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for five (5) years.
(3) Location for records storage should be atleast 10 miles from the end users data centre located in Washington.
(4) Vendor should provide pickup and delivery of records.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
