Government Authority located in New Mexico; USA looking for expert vendor for After Hours Call Answering Services.
[A] Budget:
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to handle After Hours Call Answering Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for two (2) months and it may extend for four (4) additional year periods.
(3) Services includes: call center operation such as live staff answering calls, customized inbound call greeting and outbound messaging, bilingual (English/Spanish) operators, availability of telephonic interpreter services, customized procedures for various medical specialties and advanced hardware and software.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
