Government Authority located in California; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Imaging Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Imaging Services for government authority.
(2) A mandatory pre proposal conference will be held on January 10, 2012.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
(4) Vendor needs to prepare, scan, index and archive in electronic format paper documents including drawings, maps, letter, photos, news paper articles etc.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
